国际交流与协作部：搭建跨国界、跨文化的沟通平台，联动全球权威公益组织、文化机构与艺术联盟，促进南北对话与南南合作，扩大全球文化艺术合作版图。

可持续发展赋能部：聚焦联合国SDGs目标，通过创意经济、文化创新等方式，策划并执行旨在消除贫困、促进体面工作、减少不平等的文化艺术项目。

Compliance and Audit System: Strictly adhering to the UN Charter, international law, and relevant U.S. non-profit regulations, we have established independent financial audit and compliance oversight departments to ensure all project operations and fund utilization meet the transparency standards of international NGOs.

Global Governance Participation Department: Leveraging the UN iCSO platform, this department liaises with relevant UN bodies to engage in core governance initiatives, such as the protection of global cultural diversity and the design of international art exchange rules, promoting the pivotal role of culture and arts in global affairs.

International Exchange and Collaboration Department: Building cross-border and cross-cultural communication platforms, linking authoritative global NGOs, cultural institutions, and art alliances to facilitate North-South dialogue and South-South cooperation, thereby expanding the landscape of global cultural and artistic collaboration.

Sustainable Development Empowerment Department: Focusing on the UN SDGs, this department plans and executes cultural and artistic projects aimed at poverty alleviation, promoting decent work, and reducing inequalities through the creative economy and cultural innovation.
