On the Appointment of the First Batch of Global Cultural and Arts Expert Think Tank Members and Project Advisors

To: Cultural institutions, art organizations, academic bodies, and all sectors of society across member states worldwide:

To deeply implement the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, and to further strengthen the professional guidance capabilities of the United Nations Global Organization for Cultural and Arts Promotion (hereinafter referred to as "the Organization") in cross-national cultural and arts exchanges, global cultural heritage protection, and youth arts education, the Organization has officially appointed the first batch of Global Cultural and Arts Expert Think Tank members and key project advisors. This decision was made following a global open call, multiple rounds of rigorous review, and comprehensive evaluation by the Secretariat.

This appointment aims to gather top-tier global wisdom to provide authoritative policy consultation, academic support, and project evaluation for the Organization's cross-national cooperation initiatives. The list of the first batch of appointees is hereby announced as follows:

I. Appointed Experts of the Global Cultural and Arts Expert Think Tank (First Batch)

The term of appointment for the aforementioned experts and advisors shall commence on [Month] [Day], 202X, with a tenure of three years. During their term, the expert team will be deeply involved in the planning and implementation of the Organization's Global Conference on Cultural and Arts Exchange, cross-national artistic co-creation projects, and arts education assistance programs in remote areas.
